We are pleased to offer you a limited-time promotion where orders marked “$5 free by Friday” will have the $5.00 order handling fee waived! To take advantage of this special savings opportunity, please complete and return the attached order form by faxing to 510 569-2253 or scan and email reply to [email protected]. To qualify for the savings, all orders must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, December 9th and have the words “$5 free by Friday” noted under the “Special Requests” line of the order form.
